These grips made my S&W 686 a real pleasure to shoot! I replace the cheap plastic pimpish grips and placed this hogue 19000 on it. It was a tad tricky lining up the screw in the bottom, but I got it on my third or fourth try. It fit like a glove and instantly turned my revolver into a very ergonomic service weapon. Highly recommend this for grip for 686s.
