The handle of the Kershaw Vapor is built from heat-treated, high-strength 410 durable steel while the drilled design gives the knife an airy look and feel. For extra toughness, the blade is flat ground to Kershaw's famous, "shaving sharp" edge which makes for a nice, easy cut with the serrated edges.
