Sig Sauer P239 9mm

I've been shooting handguns regularly for over thirty years. I've carried a gun for self defense for over 10 years too, and looked a long time to find something that would replace my S&W 640 hammerless revolver as a small, very concealable but effective carry gun. The only other two guns I liked is the Walther PPK/S, but they are finicky with ammo feeding. The other one I like is the S&W Ladysmith 9mm compact. However, the Sig has a better grip angle and a much better trigger. The P239 the most accurate and easy to use compact auto that I've ever shot. This gun works flawlessly with any kind of ammo I've tried. It particularly groups well with the 115 gr. Remington UMC jacketed hollowpoints(yes, the economy ones from Wal-Mart) This gun is accurate and designed well enough to be a primary gun, not just a backup. It shoots very tight groups, and a fast draw-and-fire time in speed practice is easy also,along with quick shot recovery. It is very possible to hit with it accurately out to 15 yards and beyond with proper training and practice. I would recommend this gun to anyone wanting a small 9mm that has to perform. It does!
